The Challenge:
Vermella needed a cohesive brand identity, a scalable content system, and a resident experience program that would differentiate its 17 luxury apartment communities across New Jersey in a competitive market.
What I Did:
I built the Vermella brand from the ground up, developing the visual identity, content standards, messaging framework, and social strategy across all 17 properties. I created and managed all organic social content, producing photography, videography, and design assets that brought each community's personality to life while maintaining a consistent portfolio wide brand voice.
Beyond content, I designed and launched a comprehensive resident events program from scratch, curating a monthly calendar of lifestyle activations that transformed each property into a true community. I sourced and managed all vendor relationships, oversaw all budgets, created all event branding and communications, and ensured seamless execution across every property simultaneously. What started as a gap in the business became one of the most defining features of the Vermella living experience.
